Return On Investment

here is what recruiters don’t usually tell you so easily…..

- I’ve made 402 placements

- I have had to honor the replacement warranty 4 times for clients – this is a  99% success rate

- Retainers are not always the best approach, sometimes a contingency fee is more appropriate

- On 6 retained assignments of 107, the retained search was not successful – this is a 94.39% success rate

- On 7 instances, placed employees did not remain with the position throughout their first year – this is a 98.23% ROI for 12 months

- On 15 occasions , placed employees remained with the position for less than two years – this is an ROI of  96.27% for 24 months

- My fees range from 25% – 35% of the compensation package and sometimes we bill our expenses

- On average a fully executed search assignment takes 4-6 weeks to complete, most delays are due to the coordinating of calendars

- I have been involved with the start-up of 3 medical communications agenices
